Jackey + Mark // Wedding
I…don’t have words to describe this one. Honestly. I was only at this wedding for six hours but it felt like every last second was filled with complete and utter joy. Jackey might just be the most radiant, vibrant person I’ve ever met, and watching her get ready to walk down the aisle to Mark was so much fun.
Their sunny outdoor ceremony and personal vows led into a receiving line with ALPACAS. Excuse me? What could be better. We got to sneak away into the greenest lil wonderland to shoot their portraits, then headed into an absolute party of a reception. Sweet family + friends, good food, and a whole bunch of laughter filled up The Bowery Barn (a pretty damn amazing venue, if you’re in the market). On my way out of the wedding, I was chatting with Jackey and she mentioned being bummed that they weren’t able to include their cat in their wedding day. There’s not much I won’t do to make my couples happy, so it was maybe about 60 seconds before we were loading into my car to run off to their apartment and snap a few photos with Cleo. Nothing could’ve been better. We finished the evening by pulling off to the side of the road for just a few more photos of the two of them, illuminated by a dreamy sunset.
Have I mentioned that I really love this job?
