Lindsay + Ben // Wedding

HEY THERE!

I don’t think I’ve ever been more excited to write a blog post. Settle in with some wine + cheese, friends. This is gonna be a long one.

Lindsay and I met by chance in a Facebook group for a true crime podcast. Yep. And I think our first interaction was her asking me if I wanted to come to Italy and shoot her wedding. Why don’t more of my conversations begin like this?

Anyway, fast-forward to the beginning of this month when I got to hop in a few planes, trains, and a boat to Positano, the stunning city that Ben + Lindsay selected for their wedding day. It began with the two of them getting ready in their picturesque villa, followed by a first look, a lil adventure with their friends (gelato included) and a drive up to the top of the city where their venue was located. La Tagliata, a farm-to-table restaurant, was the backdrop of their ceremony. They read their vows to each other overlooking the sea and surrounded by a handful of their closest friends and family, followed by a sunset cocktail hour and four more courses of the most delicious food I’ve ever tasted on an outdoor terrace. The whole day was brimming with smiles and pasta, and Lindsay + Ben might be the most relaxed, laid-back couple I’ve ever met. This was an awfully special wedding and I’m so dang happy just to have watched the day unfold. Since my words will never do it justice, stick around and check out lots of photos below!
