Best of 2022

HOWDY!

Happy New Year, y’all! It’s hard to wrap my mind around 2022 coming to an end. In some ways, it feels like it’s been twenty years all rolled into one, but mostly I’m just not sure where the time went. I was so incredibly honored to spend these last twelve months with the most fun, sweet, beautiful folks on the planet and document their lives, and I’m thrilled to share some of my favorite moments from the year with you.

2022 was, by far, my queerest year ever - with over half of my weddings being fellow LGBTQ+ couples. Words can’t describe how special it is for me to share in all of that queer joy with y’all. As I continue to honor my own queerness, being a part of your journeys just becomes more and more meaningful to me. A big, special thank you to all of the LGBTQ+ folks who let me peek into their lives this year.

And, on a personal note: I have heaps of gratitude for all of the support I’ve received from my lovely clients throughout the year. From moving to a new city to getting engaged to losing a parent, I’ve felt so seen + loved by each and every one of the clients I’ve worked with as the year unfolded. Thank you for all of your patience, kind words, and plentiful encouragement - I’ve needed every bit of it.

Here’s to 2023 and all of the moments we’ll celebrate together.
