We truly cannot imagine our wedding day without Alyssa and her wife being a part of it. From the very beginning, they made us feel so special, seen, and beautiful. We had a big wedding party, and they completely understood the assignment; capturing everyone’s personality, the energy, and the overall vibe of the day so perfectly. What stood out most was how safe and at home we felt with them. They are incredibly inclusive, and working with them felt effortless and grounding. We felt confident trying poses that might have felt awkward with another photographer, because we fully trusted them and their vision. That trust paid off in the most beautiful way! The photos (and videos from Holly) are absolutely stunning, and we’ll cherish them for the rest of our lives. These two are the real deal. What they’re buidling goes far beyond weddings. They are creating a true safe space for the LGBTQ+ community; a place where queer couples can feel understood, celebrated, and protected on one of the most important days of their lives. They get what it means to be queer and in love, and to be getting married in this climate. You need a team you can lean on and trust, and they are exactly that. We had an amazing experience with Alyssa! It was special to have a photographer who really made us feel like she was in our corner. Her photos captured us in a way we hadn’t really seen before and it felt flattering to be “seen” like that by someone we trusted. She felt like an ally throughout our whole engagement, pop-up elopement (orchestrated by Alyssa!!!), and wedding. On the day of our wedding, one of our bridesmaids commented that Alyssa gave the perfect amount of direction for posing for photos with our group, which was totally on point. She also captured so many of the small beautiful things about our day that made it what it was. We’d recommend her to any couple and especially queer couples - her generosity is unmatched, and the quality of photography was more than what we imagined.

Alyssa was one of the very best decisions we made for our wedding! In the middle of all the excitement and chaos, they brought such a calming steady presence that instantly put us at ease. The photos she delivered are beyond anything I could have ever imagined! Each one feels so full of love, emotion, and beauty that reliving the day through them is incredibly special. I genuinely giggle and kick my feet every time I look at the photos again. She delivered the sneak peeks in a very fast turnaround and got our entire gallery to us right when she said she would! Where to begin in regards to working with Alyssa…I think it is crucial to start with how absolutely wonderful she is. She is intuitive, kind, hilarious and thinks of pretty much everything. If you need a concise report on her character and work, then know simply that she is worth every penny and will capture the candid, most special moments of your day and life and it will be pain free. There is no over-posing or pulling you out of the moment for a photo, she moves with you throughout your day. She and her work are warm and gorgeous and will make you love yourself even more than before you stepped in front of her lens. Having her present for my wedding day was a treat and an honor and I will forever be grateful for the memories that I get to hold on to. I might be biased (but actually I’m not) because I’m friends with Alyssa and I’ve worked with her a few times, BUT: her work is absolutely breathtaking and you need to work with her. I will never be able to say enough about how awesome it is to work with Alyssa (and know her) but I do my best! I knew very early on that Alyssa had to be the one to photograph our wedding. Every time we’ve worked with Alyssa, it has been so comfortable, she’s so easy to get along with, and she’s a super cool person. When we got our sneak peeks, I wanted to cry because they look like a literal dream. Then we got our full album and I did cry. They need to be on constant rotation at the Louvre or something. She was open to all my ideas; I trust that if she takes the photo, it will look amazing. Alyssa creates such a warm and comfortable environment during her shoots. Neither of us had ever been photographed professionally before, so I’m sure you can imagine how awkward we both felt to start. After some chatting, giggling, and great direction we were able to have so much fun and have such genuine moments captured. We can’t wait for Alyssa to photograph our wedding! In addition, we wanted to make sure we worked with someone who shared our values. Alyssa delivered everything we could’ve hoped for and more! Her style is unmatched and she listened to exactly what we were thinking for our engagement and wedding photos and delivered above and beyond what we could have ever hoped for.
