Brittany + Leah // LGBTQ+ Southern Wisconsin Peony Farm Elopement

It’s not uncommon for me to befriend couples after their wedding day, but when I met Leah + Brittany for our initial consultation, I couldn’t wait. My wife and I immediately wanted to hang out with them - even before their engagement session. Spending any amount of time with these sweethearts immediately reveals just how completely enamored they are with eachother. The gentleness + softness that they embody, the fierceness with which they show up for eachother, the little giggles + glimmers in their eyes - all signs point to true, pure, unadulterated love.

For their wedding day, Leah + Brittany chose to revisit the site of one of their first dates - a peony farm! - and share an intimate ceremony among the season’s last blooms. Holly and I were even lucky enough to be their witnesses. After their tender vows, they celebrated with a little Sapphic picnic as the sun set. To say that this elopement was a dream would be an unbelievable understatement. More and more and more like this, please.
